CARE
bronze utensils and vessels should be kept dry and can be polished with lemon juice then rinsed with mild soap and dried with a clean cotton cloth.
sterling silver can be brought back to it's original shiny luster with mild toothpaste, a rinse and dry. if you have silver polish and wish to use that, i see nothing wrong with silver polish.
knife blades are recycled saw mill blades composed of high carbon steel of the very best quality. that said, they should be used, enjoyed, sharpened occasionally and kept dry after a thorough cleaning. any residual water on the blade will lead to surface discoloration that can easily be removed with a scotch write pad and some soap then thoroughly dried after rinsing.
gold jewelry is solid gold and requires no polishing. you can occasionally have it cleaned as dirt and grime will get in any crevices.
sterling silver jewelry, if worn often will not need polishing as the ph of your skin will keep it looking bright .if left on your dresser over time it will begin to oxidize, mild toothpaste is a great silver polish.
bronze jewelry, worn often will maintain its original luster on the majority of people. if left unworn, it will begin to patina and get a richer yellow hue. in order to bring it back to it's original state, you may use lemon juice, then rinse under water with mild soap and wipe dry with a clean cotton cloth.
store your jewelry in a dry and climate controlled environment.
**due to the handmade nature of the work, subtle variances are considered part of the aesthetic and no two pieces are exactly alike.**
